She also prepares nutrition advice for them and asks them to take before and after photos of themselves to track their progress.
One day, her 12 year’s old cousin suggest using Instagram to display those pictures. And that how Kayla’s journey as a fitness blogger started. Within a few months, she gained thousands of followers and started getting regular request for advice and help.
Seeing huge success in blogging her husband suggests compiling all her advice and guide in an ebook. That’s how her journey as an author started and published the first book Bikini Body Guides. It downloaded more than one million times.
