Aileen is a young woman with big dreams. A youtube creator, blogger, singer, and podcaster, Aileen’s passion for music and art started at a young age.
In college, she was so lost and struggled with what to do with life. She wanted to do “big things” but had no idea what that looked like or how to make it happen. She interned at various companies, but she never felt like she “fit” with any of them. She didn’t feel like utilizing her strengths nor was excited about any job she came across.
As college was coming to an end, she grew increasingly overwhelmed by the pressure from peers, family, and society to “get a good job” and “be successful.” She was so frustrated at herself for not being able to figure life out. She felt like such a failure.
After she graduated, decided to set out to find a career and life that she is super passionate about, rather than settling for a job which she knew she wouldn’t love.
So she took a chance and started following her heart to whatever opportunities felt right to her. Instead of trying to control every detail, she let her life flow and unfold on its own.
In the following years, she pursued her passion for music, releasing her first album and performing all over LA & in NYC. She became the spokesperson for the largest Asian food festival in LA and got to be interviewed on NBC, FOX, LA Times, and NPR. She dabbled in on-screen hosting and acting. she read inspiring books and travelled often.
Essentially, she discovered that she could create a lifestyle that she absolutely loves. She deeply enjoys the process of creating her dream life: the journey to embracing herself, aligning with her vision, and building the habits and skills to make that life a reality.
She started Lavendaire to share all the knowledge and inspiration that sprouts from this beautiful journey so that it can perhaps become a resource for personal growth for her followers to embrace their true potential and create dream life as well.
She believes that at our best, we’re meant to live our lives and make a positive impact with the gifts we are given. Her wish is that we all would dare to be bold, take a chance on ourselves, and set out to create our dream lives. May we all learn to live fully and completely; to be alive, vibrant, and well!
